Rosato IGT

This rosé is made from Sangiovese grapes that are pressed immediately upon arrival at the cellar. It is vinified like a white wine, with particular care taken over the temperature and oxygenation of the must. It is excellent as a fresh summer aperitif or to accompany fish, salads and cold dishes.
